To Our Valued
Customers,
Dan & I started the Grainless Baker in 2003 after I was diagnosed
with Celiacs disease and had to go gluten free. The business has grown
steadily and we appreciate your loyal support. Over the past two years
it has become evident to us that if we were to continue to grow, we
needed to increase our ability to better serve our retail and food
service customers.
After careful consideration we have decided to join The Gluten Free
Food Group (GFFG) which is led by two industry veterans Lyle Hubbard
and Eric Shellenback. Our new company will operate under the brand name
Three Bakers
The Three Bakers brand represents our heritage in the baking business.
My father Joe started his bakery in 1979 where my husband Dan, a master
baker & I worked until 2002 when I was diagnosed celiac. After that
Dan began to bake gluten free and we founded the Grainless Baker. Our
four children live in a gluten free household so we are committed to
bringing you the best tasting and nutritious gluten free foods we can
make. Our Three Bakers tag line reflects this: “Gluten Free
Baking from our family to yours!”
After conducting extensive consumer research we have developed new
products and packaging for Three Bakers which address the needs of
today's gluten free consumers for improved taste & nutrition. Most
of these improvements have been included in our current Grainless
Bakers products. We will continue to ship our current Grainless Baker
until packaging is available for Three Bakers. We appreciate your
business and look forward to serving you under the Three Bakers
Brand!

The Grainless Baker is a Gluten Free Bakery that was founded out of passion and necessity. We provide great tasting gluten and wheat free foods for individuals suffering from Celiac Sprue or for those wishing to maintain a gluten and/or wheat free diet. The type of products offered expands with new recipes, but the staple categories include bread, rolls, bagels, muffins, pastries, cookies, cakes and fillings.
