"I purchased a few of your baguettes.  I loved them and have been a return customer. I found your almond biscotti & just now cracked into them.  Oh my.  In my humble opinion, very  few gluten-full bakeries make acceptable biscotti, and none of the GF biscotti I had tried even came close.  But then along comes your product.  Yours are the best bakery biscotti I've had.  End of story.

Just wanted to let you know that I tried your sandwich bread and liked it so well, I ate several peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on it.  The first time in 3 years that I have had a sandwich.  All of the other bread I would only eat toasted.  Thank you so much for having a great product.
